Loan Programs - Stated Loans

Stated Loans general guidelines are: Loan size: $500,000 - $3,000,000, Credit scores as low as 660, CLTV's vary to 90% 80% for cash out, No financials or tax returns required, terms of 15, 20, and 30 years available (case-by-case basis). Fixed and adjustable rates available, seller carry-back seconds are allowed, and debt service of 1.00 to 1.35 required, Borrowers may be a LLC, Corporation, or Trust.
