Recourse loans are the ability of a lender to recover money from a borrower in default, in addition to the property pledged as collateral. Infinity Commercial Capital offers fixed rate, adjustable rate, and balloon notes on recourse loans. Recourse loans can have up to a 30 year term with a 30 year amortization in some cases.
