The general overview for the No Doc program is as follows: Loans $100,000 - $5,000,000 terms up to 3 years, no appraisals required, LTV’s up to 60%, rates starting around 10.99% with interest-only payments, Can lend to individuals, corporations, LLC's, partnerships, trusts, estates, etc., no income verification, unlimited cash out, bankruptcy / foreclosure ok, and non-cash flow producing properties ok. No Doc loan program properties allowed: mixed-use, apartments, retail, industrial, hotels, and mini-warehouses.
