Loan Programs - Government Guarantee Loans
SBA 7(a) Loans
The 7(a) Loan Guaranty Program is one of the SBA's primary lending
programs. Infinity Commercial Capital uses this program to finance
owner-occupied small businesses with fully amortizing loans for up to 25
years.
Most small businesses meet the SBA eligibility requirements for this
government guaranteed program. However, applicant businesses must operate
for profit, be engaged in or propose to do business in the United States
or its possessions and have reasonable owner equity to invest.
SBA 504 Loans
The SBA 504 Loan Program provides growing businesses with long-term,
fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as commercial real
estate. Infinity Commercial Capital uses this program to finance up to 50%
of the project costs for owner-occupied businesses, in conjunction with
the SBA and a nonprofit corporation, such as a Certified Development
Company (CDC).
Most small businesses meet the SBA eligibility requirements for this
government guaranteed program. However applicant businesses must: operate
for profit, be engaged in, or do business in the United States or its
possessions, and have reasonable owner equity to invest.
Proceeds of an SBA 504 Loan may not be used for: working capital
or inventory, consolidation or repayment of debt, or debt refinance.
